Happy Bones 

This resource is being developed as part of the Forever Autumn Community of Practice.  

Membership of the Community of Practice is open to all health care professionals working in the area of care of the older adult and intellectual disabilities with an interest in bone health, falls prevention and management.

This group identified that there was no available resource on bone health for these client groups and therefore Happy Bones is being developed.

The content is informed by the staff from St Michaels House in Ballymun. The project leads are Daragh Rodger, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, St Mary's Hospital and Anne Spencer Educational Technologist, PETAL.
